At Peak Select Realty Inc.  philanthropy is important to our mission and our business.  As one of the most trusted real estate consultants and agencies in the Town of St. Marys and surrounding area, we strive to make our community a focal part of our business. Whether through donations, fundraising, sponsorships, or volunteerism, we strive to give back to one of the most picturesque and economically diverse communities in Perth County.

As a life-long resident, Broker/Manager/Owner Sue Fowler has watched this small town (take out the comma here and leave the rest of the sentence the same)

Born and raised just south of St. Marys on a farm, Broker of Record/Owner Cathie Szmon has also witnessed the many changes in her community, as neighbourhoods expanded and the downtown continued to attract new businesses.

Both Cathie and Sue obtained their registration in 2000, and offer years of expertise and knowledge to your real estate investment.

Many local and regional organizations benefit from our support of business, culture, women’s welfare, healthcare, and social justice.  These organizations were specifically curated to showcase our businesses’ fundamental philosophy and personal ethics.

The pantry, and accompanying cold and fresh food fridge, generously funded by our Friends of the Library group, are available to the public anytime during the Library’s open hours. To make a donation, or for information about the pantry, please contact the Library.

St. Marys Pride Day

The 1st annual St. Marys Pride Day was co-hosted by Stratford Perth Pride and open to everyone.  Whether participants were directly associated with the LGBTQS2 community or were friends, family or a supporter, each attendee could safely celebrate the inclusive nature of the Stone Town.  The event drew many residents and proved to be a gathering place for good conversation, camaraderie and allowed everyone to share information about the community.

The St. Marys Healthcare Foundation raises both funds and community awareness for the needs and sustainability of the St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Tradition Mutual Centre for Wellness, and other local causes organizations that encourage healthy and active lifestyles.

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement, taking place each year after Black Friday. The “Opening day of the giving season,” is a time when charities, companies and individuals join together and rally for favourite causes.

We excitedly hosted a drop off centre within our office and personally organized our own collection of personal care items for residents of Optimism Place and the Emily Murphy Centre.

United Way Perth-Huron strives to address #UNIGNORABLE issues such as poverty, mental health and homelessness.

At the Silver Sponsor level, we donated to the Women United Deb Talk: The Voice of Dress Clothing & Community: Canadian Women Speak.  This gathering, both virtually and in person, honored International Women’s Day.

Friends of the Library (FOL) is a group of volunteers who value the Library’s role in serving the learning, literacy, research, recreation and communication needs of the community.

The Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce is the prominent business organization in Stratford and District that is committed to being the voice of business, by championing economic prosperity and an exceptional quality of life.

St. Marys Station Gallery embraces creative transformations to create a lasting appreciation for the historical significance of St. Marys Station while promoting its landmark heritage and ensuring its preservation.
