Monthly rental includes heat, hydro, central air, and common use of : (1) 4-piece bathroom, (1) 2-piece bathroom, main floor laundry, living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Renter will have full use of the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

One Room for Rent

A single parking spot (off street in the winter, on street in spring, summer, fall) is provided for the room. Tenant is responsible for paying their own phone, TV, internet, and food. Renter must prepare their own meals and provide clean up. The homeowner supplies towels and linens. Tenant must be female (owner is female). The home is a smoke free environment.

Flexibility for Pets

Small pet may be allowed with approval but they must be quiet, non-destructive, house trained and well behaved.
