Hello, I am Sue Fulop.

An expression I say to folks in jest is “Who? This little ol’ country girl?” A friend once gave me a desk plaque inscribed with “Underestimate Me – That Should Be Fun!”. The most often comment from current and past clients is, “Oh, we will just ask Sue!” This is how my tag line  “Just Ask Sue” was born. These expressions sum up the person I have grown to be.

I was raised in a family that farmed tobacco and who valued loyalty. Here is where I developed my  determination.  I have a protective nature for my clients, friends, and family. Proven strategies and up-to-date information is always provided when you need it. My services to clients are delivered in a friendly, respectful, honest, and professional manner.

Over the years I have had the pleasure to serve clients repeatedly as well as being involved with families for generations. Uniquely, I proudly offered real estate advice for over 20 years in many areas of southwestern Ontario and I am now pleased to serve St. Marys.

Behind The Name

As a broker and independent contractor at the real estate brokerage firm of Peak Select Realty Inc, our vision equates to soaring with the eagles.  As the Peak name suggests, it describes the realtors as always climbing to reach the peak.

Equally important, “Select” is how the owners chose agents to best represent the brokerage. Only a select few will match the requirements, both in attitude and business practices, to be chosen as team members.

Furthermore, the philosophy of the brokerage is to maintain a size that permits hands-on service. They take the time to truly know their agents and select only those who understand the importance of customer service.

It is a great experience and joy to continually climb and soar higher.  Team members who are qualified and demonstrate high standards are what makes this brokerage stand apart from others in the real estate industry.

Finally, it is just a pleasure and fun for me to work with clients to make their next move a success one.
